Common questions
No. I work with complete beginners all the time. We start where you're at and build from there.
We work around it. I'll modify exercises and adjust the program based on what you can and can't do safely.
No. I'll teach you nutrition principles and how to eat for your goals, but I don't write meal plans. You need to learn how to eat properly long-term, not follow someone else's menu.
Yes. If you start in-person and need to go remote, or vice versa, we can adjust.
24 hours notice for in-person sessions. Life happens, just let me know as soon as you can.
Strength gains start showing in 2-4 weeks. Visible physique changes take 8-12 weeks with consistent training and nutrition. Anyone promising faster is lying.
